Hello All!
I am part of an internet/microbrew start-up and we are trying to better understand (before we hit up the lawyers) the laws regarding the manufacture/distribution/retail system.
We want to ship directly to consumers with a specialty product. We know that Beer of the Month type clubs do this (some nation-wide), but we haven't figured out exactly how they are doing it. We THINK that they might ship to a distributor in each state that then sends to address via UPS, but not sure about that.
Any info that you can provide is greatly appreciated, as there seems to me a lot of grey area here.
