Mini-King Steam Sterilizing Keg Cleaner For Sale
-This machine has never been run in our brewery due to the steam requirements. I bought an electric steam boiler to work with this cleaner and then found out I could not install it at my location due to some city codes because there is a restaurant above me. (I did have the frame repainted prior to finding out I could not use this) I was in a time crunch so I bought another Mini-King (chemical) and this has been sitting in the corner of the brewery for more than 2 years....time to make room for some new bottling equipment so it and the boiler must go.
I will sell both units for $11,000 or I will sell the Keg Cleaner on its own for $9,000.
The machine had not been run in quite a few years so when I bought another mini-king (non-steam) and found out that their programs lose their memory when they are not plugged in I purchased a new battery for this unit as well.
This unit will need:
1. The battery installed
2. The program reloaded (I assume it’s been lost due to this unit being unplugged but not sure)
a. BTW I had to do this to the non-steam unit I learned and that you needed an interface and software to get a laptop to program these mini-kings. I have purchased the interface module the cable and the software (I paid $1,500 for this) and I would be willing to let you use this at no charge if you power-up the unit and find it needs the program reinstalled. You would need to get the actual program for the steam unit (the one I got for mine is non-steam and I believe the sequence is a little different) from IDD (I believe I paid $150 for this little 50k file when I bought the one for mine).
3. The pumps wired to power (breaker box included)
4. I would recommend inspecting the small rubber washers and all gaskets and hoses.
Manual would be included which has some notes as to the history and work done on the machine by IDD for the previous owner and also schematics etc.
The Boiler is a Sussman SSB60 100PSI with a steam rate of approx 180lbs/hour
All sold as is with free use of the programming module and software if needed.
Please feel free to email me at: max@lewisandclarkbrewing.com with any questions
Unit is located in Helena Montana.
