mead recipe

im looking for a mead recipe for about a gallon of very strong unprocessed unfiltered honey.
i realize there is a recipe forum but this forum seems to get the most traffic:) thanks

What type of mead are you trying to make?

When you say "strong unprocessed honey", do you mean
strongly flavored? like eucalyptus or acacia?
