COLA's online applications question

So I'm registered, got my password and am set to send off my first application for kegs (i'm a new brewery so that is all I am doing thus far) and I get to the end and it says that I need to submit at least one image of a label.

So the question is this, kegs don't take labels, how do I submit a COLA's application for just kegs? What am I missing.

You need to scan a keg collar. All kegs by law need to have the name of the brewery, location, name of beer and government warning, WITH the right size font-important!
You can also accomplish this with a sticker with all the info.
I may be missing some info, but that will get you started.

You also need the "don't blow up your keg" warning. I should be able to scan you a copy of what I use if it will help. Like BMOOR stated the font size is very important
