Qualifications:
• Develop, implement and execute sales goals
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of distributor or supplier sales
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Energetic people person with a positive can-do attitude
• Detail Oriented; organized and can multi-task
• Computer proficient (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Must be pro-active and able to work independently with limited supervision
• Valid Drivers License and insured vehicle is required
• Self-motivated, hard-working, team-focused professional with strong sales skills for a very diverse portfolio
• Achieve monthly quotas for promotions, drink features, menu placements and wine lists
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quota
• Provide brand support to accounts through sales promotion materials, sampling and promotions
• Achieve sales quotas of special order products
• Conduct trade tasting and educational seminars where appropriate
• Provide product knowledge and wine seminars to licensee staff in territory
Where are you going to be in 5 years? If you are currently working for a distributor, you will probably be in the same place, making about the same amount of money.
