We are a production brewery looking to fill a position in Filtration and Packaging. The right candidate would have a strong knowledge of beer finishing and clarification and be capable of efficiently operating a 5 cubic meter DE filter as well as a plate and frame. Responsibilities would include beer filtration, fining, clarification, racking, and facilitating communication between brewhouse operations and packaging. Dedication to cleanliness and organization is a must. Bottling line experience is a plus. This role has the opportunity for advancement if desired.
We are a quickly growing medium-sized mid-Atlantic brewery in a great location to live and to work. As in most production facilities everybody here is expected to work long odd hours and do everything from washing kegs to pouring at tasting events.
