I'm looking for a 20 or 25 gallon corni keg that I can use to carbonate 15 gallon batches of beer. Any clues on where I can look? Any help would be...a BIG Help!!

Make one of these. The keg has a 1.5 T/C ferrule for a carb. stone, a 3/4" T/C for the zwickle, a thermowell for the thermometer. If I was to have this thing made again I'd add more cornie keg height. Local fabshop made ours for 150. or so.

Why can't you just carbonate the beer in a standard half barrel? CO2 in through the liquid side of the keg tap with an adjustable valve with a piece of hose attached to the gas side.Control the flow by adjusting the valve, stick the end of the hose ina pitcher of water and you'll be able to see the flow rate.

That will work but will take some time.
We put a carb. stone out of one of our 60 bbl. brites in this thing, fill off the zwickle of a 32 degree uni and hit the gas. A gas bleed is started off the top and bang, fully carbed beer in minutes. I had the contraption made while the fabshop was building some other tools for us. Most of the shop guys love building stuff like this and tend to charge less than you'd expect.

I'll take a look into making that carbing keg. I saw a few of those tall Corni Kegs at a brew shop once and thought it was perfect. It was about 4 feet tall or so. I found a 15 gallon for $460 but wanted one a bit bigger. Thanks for the feedback guys!
Oh btw, still lookin for a small like 3 inch carb stone with a tri-clover fitting if anyone has any sources.
