Harpoon brewery is currently looking for qualified applicants to fill a position in brewing and cellars at our brewery in Windsor, VT.
Applicant should have experience in a production brewery environment, formal brewing education, a high degree of attention to detail and a willingness to work first and second shift and some weekends. Brewers are expected to rotate between brewhouse operations and cellars on a periodic schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
Brewhouse Operations
Centrifuge and Filtration operation
CIP of tanks
Yeast handling
Dry Hoping
Fermentation management
General plant cleanliness
