Head brewer for last 14 years in high volume brewpub well versed in most aspects of the business of brewing, including but not limited to recipe formulations, sanitation, filtration, purchasing, off-premise, packaging, distribution, front of house staff training, public relations, special event and festival organization,entertainment bookings,advertising,voice over , copywriting ....and windows.
