The Palisade Brewery is now hiring a second brewer to join our team. The brewer will operate our brewhouse, including milling, brewing, yeast management and packaging.

Job Description
•Brewhouse operation (20 x 40)
•Brewhouse cleaning and sanitizing
•Cellar cleaning and sanitizing
•Sample collection for lab testing and basic lab assistance
•Ongoing facility maintenance and cleaning (includes boiler chemical testing)
•Forklift operation
•Other duties deemed necessary for facility operation
•Attention to details
•Rotating shifts may include some weekends
•45-50 hour week
Job Requirements
•Strong knowledge of beer styles
•Trustworthy and dependable
•Ability to work independently and with a team
•Ability to multitask
•Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
