Hello,
I'm a 23 year old brewer based in the UK but am willing to relocate ANYWHERE! :) I have an honors degree in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot Watt and have worked in several breweries at different levels of operation from QA to bottling to general allround brewer.
At present I brew for a German styled microbrewery called West, based in Glasgow. Whilst here I have introduced new quality control regimes, fermentation procedures, CIP regimes, yeast handling procedures, formulated new recipes, sourced raw materials and increased the brewhouse efficiency by an extra 15%.
I am a very sociable, keen and passionate person who loves his work and has pride in his profession. I have attached a copy of my resume; which lists my employment and education in more detail.
