I am an experienced brewer looking to relocate to the Portland OR area in the fall of 08. familiar with gluten free and organic brewing procedures. current duties include but are not limited to wort production, cellar work, transfers and filtrations, all around brewer. i have expeirience kegging and working many positions on a botteling line.
