I am a veteran of the craft brewing industry in Canada. I have done everything there is to do in this business. including liquor licensing, design and construction, hiring, training and supervising employees, recipe development, materials sourcing, sales, packaging and quality control. I know these duties not just as an employee but as an entrepreneur in a very competetive market place. Renowned Canadian beer critic and author Stephen Beaumont stated that I was one of the top ten craft brewers in Canada.
