Spelt

I have a friend growing 70 acres of Spelt in Ohio this year. Anybody in the brewing industry interested? Conventional clean product. If he certifies it organic, is there a premium? I'll give contact info with a PM. He's a good human.

I would be interested in malted spelt. Any chance it'll be malted?

I don't think it'll be malted. It will be harvested clean. Not C.O. yet.
