Hello,

I'm hoping to find the right opportunity in the U.S. after two years brewing in Yorkshire, England. In my 17 years in the industry I've been lucky to meet some great people, work in some exciting and challenging breweries, and most importantly - make some great beer! I'm moving back to the US and I hope to continue to make a big contribution there.

I've worked in both brewpubs and packaging breweries (kegs, bottles, bottle-re-fermentation and real ale), and have experience in everything from build-outs to festival organizing, cell-counting to marketing. Over my career I've become known not only for my Belgian-style specialty beers but my enthusiasm and devotion to the craft. Here in the Yorkshire dales region of northern England "real ale" is king. So I've been learning everything there is to learn about brewing and serving traditional cask-conditioned ale.

The right opportunity for me will be one that allows me to be creative, while helping your brewery reach its full potential. If you think you've got a job that fits the bill, please get in touch.

Please feel free to drop me a line either here or at colonialbrewer@yahoo.com. C.V./resume available upon request.

My wife and I are planning to move back July 22, 2008 so please get in touch soon if you have any opportunities.

Best Regards,

Dann Paquette

Hi, thanks to everyone who's checked out my post so far. I wanted to get this back on top of the list because we are arriving in the U.S. on July 23. That's very soon!

If you have any projects please feel free to let me know. I'm American so there are no green card issues. Resume is available via email, as always.

Speak with you soon!

Cheers,

Dann Paquette
