Hello,
I have a B.S. in Microbiology and work as a QA/QC Lab Tech for an 110 million gallon/year ethanol plant but find brewing beer much more interesting. I am looking for a career out of the lab and in Colorado as a Brewer or Assistant Brewer closer to friends, family and the mountains.
