Mid Atlantic Brewer
Great American Restaurants is looking for a talented and enthusiastic brewer to join our award winning Sweetwater Tavern brewing team.
We are searching for someone who is experienced in all aspects of production from grain to glass. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self motivated, flexible and looking to grow both personally and professionally.
The ideal candidate will be able to smile while lifting 55lbs repeatedly and enjoy working both alone and with others. Our brewers are able to convey their enthusiasm for quality beer to both guests and staff members. Our brewers are excited about maintaining an outstanding looking brewery.
Great American Restaurants operates three large brewery restaurants, a bakery and six other casual restaurants in the Virginia suburbs of DC. We are always looking for great motivated people to join our expanding team of brewers. We offer a robust bonus and benefit package which includes, but is not limited to, health and dental insurance enrollment and three weeks paid vacation in the first year. 401K participation is available after one year of service.
We also have enough hops and malt to make beer!
