Enthusiasticly looking to Get Started

Hi, I am an experienced Homebrewer looking for any opportunity to get started in the professional brewing world. I’ve attended the UC Davis "Intensive Brewing Science" course, as well as the "Advanced Homebrewing" and "Start Your Own Brewery" courses through the Siebel Institute. I’m having some trouble getting the funds together for the full Siebel Diploma course, so I was hoping I could obtain an entry level, hands-on apprenticeship position and learn professional brewing the old fashioned way. I have good PC skills, good retail customer service experience, and a Business Degree.
