-Immediate opening in Sweetwater’s existing micro lab.
-Three to five years lab experience preferably in a brewing field or with knowledge/background in the brewing process.
-Must be able to sample and analyze various points from the brewing through packaging process for microbiological activity, yeast viability, pH, specific gravity, color, turbidity, as well as expanding the capabilities of current program.
-Must be able to review data for purposes of problem solving, trend analysis, and opportunities for improving the production process.
-Must be able to assume a management roll in directing brewers in proper sampling technique and analysis.
