This is the system AleSmith has been using for years to make award winning beer. Their new system is on the way, so the old system needs to go to make room. The brewhouse and fermenters are made from modified dairy equipment- here is a list of what is for sale:
Boiler- 15 HP, steam and natural gas, refurbished in 2005
Hot Liquor Tank- 600 gal capacity, hot plate, recirc pump, site hose
Mash Tun- 600 gal capacity, manifold, grist hydrator
Boil Kettle- 600 gal capacity, blue valve
Primary Fermenter (1) -Open, 600 gal capacity, temp probe, gasket/valve
Secondary Fermenters (3)- Closed, 600 gal capacity, gaskets/valves
Plate/Frame Filter- 21 plates, 21 pad capacity
Sanitary pump- wheel mounted, control box
Forklift- Yale, propane tank, 4,900lb lifting capacity
