My name Is Joseph Spiess and I am 18 years old and Live in Redford, MI. I am looking for a position under a Brew Master to be trained in the art of brewing, I am willing to travel out of state, or Country. I understand being so young I wont be able to sample the Beer in the US, but I am willing to make that sacrifice. When I turn 21 I plan on attending the Sebial institute, but I would love to have some sort of experience before doing so.
