Redhook Ale Brewery is looking for an experienced Lab Tech to join our Quality Control lab.
Responsibilities include:
sample gathering,
microplating,
lab analytical analysis & presentation of data,
operation and maintenance of lab equipment.
Requirements:
BS in Natural or Food Sciences,
3-5 yrs. experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing,
strong time management. skills,
excellent written & verbal communication skills,
strong micro experience and/or packaging experience preferred.
