Mix one part mechanical aptitude with one part personnel management to get Redhook Ale Brewery’s new second shift bottleline lead.
Responsibilities include:
Operate all functions of bottleline,
Ensure line operates mechanically with minimum downtime,
QC overview on line,
Maintain consumable levels,
Manage weekly inventories & glass,
Manage staff performance & administrative paperwork.
Requirements:
Technical understanding of bottling process & equipment functions,
Mechanical aptitude for equipment repairs/troubleshooting,
Strong time management skills,
Ability to work as team leader,
Ability to multi-task,
Strong communication skills.
Forklift experience a plus.
