Yeast Biochemist/Geneticist looking for Lab or Brewing Position

Current PhD candidate in biology/microbiology looking to get into the beer industry either through a brewing or lab position. I am an avid home brewer and I am very knowledgeable in the art and science of brewing with a great passion for beer. I have been earning my degree through yeast genetic and biochemical studies and I am trained in yeast propagation, storage, analysis, mating, sporulation, recombinant protein expression, etc. Please contact me with any questions or if you would like to see my C.V./resume.
