Paddock Wood Brewing, Saskatchewan’s first (& only) microbrewery is expanding and looking for a brewer who wants to be a part of this thrilling growth. Over the next 8 to 12 months we will be double shifting our brewhouse operations, while a new 50 HL brewery is being built. Our current line of beer styles includes both classic British and Scottish ales, and European lagers. Future plans include introducing cask conditioned ales and small batches of Belgian style ales as well.
We are looking for a brewer with formal education and training who is prepared to assume all aspects of brewery operations from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, CIP, quality control, yeast management, equipment maintenance, and public tours. Training and experience in recipe formulation and business management will open the door for exciting long-term career growth.
