Responsibilities:
1. Loads and unloads kegs onto the line and into the cooler
2. Monitors all cleaning cycles for proper concentration, pressures, etc.
3. Cleans the line equipment and floors on a daily basis
4. Keeps the line running in a efficient manor – minimal down time
5. Unloads empty cooperage loads as required
6. Documents accurately in an organized manner production numbers
7. Hooks up correct bright tanks aseptically and isolates one brand from the next with minimal losses.
8. Rebuilds cooperage as required
9. Maintains equipment as directed by Lead Racker and Production Manager
10. Operating forklift safely
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Technical understanding of racking process and equipment functionality
2. Excellent problem solving skills
3. Mechanical aptitude for equipment repairs/trouble shooting
4. Strong time management skills
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Basic computer skills
7. Works well independently and cooperatively with others
8. Adaptable/flexible
9. Forklift certification or operational experience
Working requirements & conditions:
1. Working rotating shifts – this may or may not be required
2. Working in cold environments (cooler is 38 deg F.)
3. Standing for entire shift
4. Working in noisy environment
5. Moving hundreds of kegs per shift
6. Working with cleaning chemicals
7. Lifing up to __________ pounds
