Looking for start up help

Hey All, I have been working on getting a brewpub together for awhile now and am looking for some consultation help. I am located on Long Island NY. I am shooting for sustainability, energy efficiency, and verticle intergration in all things. Any suggestions or consultant/brewers out there looking for something exciting. I am a homebrewer living on long island and looking to get my foot in the door in the brewing industry. I am a college graduate and have a decent knowledge of homebrewing and have created many successful batches. I know i'm not exactly what your looking for as far as start up help, but i figured i would put myself out there. if there is anything i can do to help the process go along i would love to learn more bout your idea and help in any way i can. I also understand the difference from homebrewing to commercial brewing is vast but i am willing to learn every step of the way! Thanks
