BJ's Restaurant and Brewery in Roseville, CA is looking for an experienced Head Brewer to oversee operations of one of our 5000 bbl production breweries. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years production and management experience. The responsibilities will include:
> Production planning
> QC procedures
> Inventory and financial accountability
> Managing and developing a team of highly motivated brewers
Roseville is located North of Sacramento, CA at the base of the Sierra Nevadas. Hiking, Biking and Skiing are all nearby. Sacramento has a highly deveolped brewing culture which BJ's is an active member of.
