My name is Thomas Larsen and I have been at the Wynkoop Brewing Co since 1998 and Head Brewer since 2004. It is time for me to move on and find new opportunities. I am familiar with all aspects of a brewpub enviroment and have made many beer styles that might benefit a packaging brewery or start up. My passion for brewing is matched only by my work ethic and desire to learn even more in such a diverse and creative industry.
