This full-time production management position is based in our Paso Robles brewery and is the living interface between our production team, distribution network and sales team. Candidates must have brewery experience or formal brewing schooling.
This position centers on packaging and finished product logistics, but also includes brewery wide scheduling. Qualified applicants must have strong organizational and computer skills (Excel based). The Beer Traffic Controller works closely with the Packaging Manager, Brewmaster and VP of Sales. Receiving and processing orders, shipping logistics and product inventory are also a part of the job description. Candidates must be able to demonstrate solid communication skills, strong work ethic and ability to handle complex and multiple tasks while being detail and quality focused. This full time salary position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal production demands. Compensation includes health and dental insurance as well as paid vacation and 401K.
