Karl Strauss Brewing Company is looking for an experienced and passionate brewer to join our San Diego-Pacific Beach Brewery brewing team.
We are an independent fast growing craft brewery distribution company with 6 brewery restaurants located throughout Southern California. Our brewery restaurants help to introduce customers to our beer so that they will then buy our beer at other bars, restaurants, and retail stores in Southern California.

The Brewer runs all aspects of beer production including but not limited to brewing activities. The majority of the Brewer's time will be spent at the home office but he/she will also work at Karl Strauss Brewing Company brewpub operations on an as needed basis. The Brewer will be responsible for all aspects of beer production from beginning to end including brewing, cellar operations, cleaning and sanitation, maintenance of plant equipment, general upkeep of the Home Office facilities and other associated duties including training of new production employees.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of brewing experience and absolutely MUST have a passion for brewing quality beer.
