My objective is to learn the brewing business. My expertise is in sales. I would like to have the opportunity to learn it all while promoting the brewery to distributors, patrons, customers and retailers.

EXPERIENCE:

BEVINCO Solutions - Self employed. I conduct computerized alcohol audits for the bar/restaurant industry. I monitor the bar for the owners, help with inventory management, devise strategies to control and reduce shrinkage to below 5%. Educate the bar staff on proper procedures for pouring various drinks, keeping accurate records and helping owners increase sales an average 5%-10%. In the three years of performing audits I have managed to save clients more than $250K in lost dollars.


Sigma Retail Services, LLC - Sigma represented various manufacturers in the Home Depot stores. A Field Representatives responsibilities include:


Assuring POG is according to manufacturers and THD specifications.
Placement of signage as scheduled.
Assisting Department Heads with orders.
Handling of all vendor returns.
In-store product training.


In the past I have also worked for a beer distributor which carried the Miller family of beers and approximately 25 imports. I am also a homebrewer and have a passion for great tasting beer.
