Recent UMass Graduate with Food Science degree looking to enter the brewing industry

I am Tom Harris, and I have recently graduated from UMass, Amherst with a degree in food science. I have focused all of my undergraduate work around discovering new information in the brewing sciences. I have worked in flavor labs where I have gained a sensitive palate along with apprenticing in a small local brewery in Massachusetts. I have done independent yeast research and have written multiple papers on brewing. I am hardworking and willing to relocate to work with beer.
