Position Summary:

InBev-Labatt will offer training to successful candidate pertaining Inbev-Labatt business & management processes so that candidate can perform position requirements of:

• Jointly responsible along with plant Brewing Managers to achieve Brewing Quality and Cost KPI results, overall liquid quality performance, adequate supply of beer on demand to packaging.

• Provide in depth brewing technical and equipment performance expertise in at least one area of Brewing process - zone leader for SOP’s and best practices in specified area.

Key Responsibilities:

For assigned plants, this role will be designated as “Brewery Support Brewing specialist” and jointly accountable with plant Brewing Manager for:

• Liquid Quality (conformance to trueness to type and absence of deviations and defects)

• Liquid Quality targets and improvement objectives

• Brewing manufacturing cost

• Brewing raw material utilization

• Brewing Capital investment plan

• Technology selection and technical commissioning for major Brewing Cap ex

This role will be assigned some of the Brewing technical processes and become “zone expert” and technical SOP owner:

• Accountable to maintain zone Technical SOP for these assigned processes

• Accountable to evaluate new technologies/processes pertaining to this assigned process

Qualifications and Technical Competencies:

• University Degree in Science or Chemical Engineering

• Technical Experience in Brewing Industry

• Graduate of Technical Brewing “school” and/or Brewing Credentials

• 2 years work experience at Supervisory or Management position in manufacturing
