Best way to get into Sales

I love beer, I have been homebrewing for a few years and worked as an assistant in a few breweries. I want to find a way to make money at it. Is there a way to get into craft beer sales and is there money to be made in it?

I currently work as a personal trainer, so I have people skills and I worked as a brewer so I have beer knowledge.

First thing you should do is get to know what brands your local distributors pour. Learn them, then apply there. It is much easier to get on with a distributor. Put in your time there, and do your best to get to know the brewery(s) you want to work for. When they have a position, they'll probably let you know. And working as a brewery rep is largely about managing a distributor's sales team, so you need to know the distribution side. Good Luck.
