Cellar Tech 1 3RD SHIFT (11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Sunday - Thursday)
Great Lakes Brewing Company is seeking a 3RD SHIFT Cellar Tech 1 to perform the duties necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations in fermentation, aging, and filtration.

The Cellar Tech's responsibilities include:

• Fermenter and plate heat exchanger cleaning and sanitation
• Lab analysis including ATP testing, yeast cell counts, yeast visibility and chemical titrations
• Yeast management for ale, lager and seasonal strains
• Ensure proper carbonation levels for packaging
• Previous beverage industry experience a plus
• Communicate the status of process/projects to appropriate brewery personnel
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Participation in relevant project work and process improvements
• Ability to occasionally be available on other shifts when necessary
