Due to our continued growth Flying Dog Brewery, an award-wining craft brewery is searching for a Florida State Sales Manager.
Flying Dog has been one of the fastest growing craft breweries over the last 5years and has consistently outpaced the industry for growth. .
This position will work closely with established distributor network maximizing all elements of the 3 tier system. Primary responsibilities will include: distriubutor inventory, implementation of corporate programs, sales analysis, market analysis, managing distributor personnel, budget and expense control, and retail volume of multiple brands.
The State Manager should possess all or most of the following qualifications, experience and personality characteristics:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related
•A passion for craft beer
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•3 years progressive experience in sales preferably in the adult beverage industry
•Experience managing sales budgets, sales and inventory forecasts, and expense report management
•Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, including an advanced knowledge of Excel and database management systems
•Must be comfortable with negotiation and conflict resolution
•Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
•Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Ability to manage challenging internal and external relationships with different departments and vendors/distributors
