Responsibilities:
-Running the brewhouse efficiently while maintaining strict attention to quality standards
-Cleaning and prepping tanks, CIP of the brewhouse.
-Maintain sanitation standards in the brewhouse and cellar area.
-Pitching yeast and culture propagation
Skills Required:
-Strong multitasking, trouble-shooting and communication skills
-Strict attention to detail, able to be self-guided and a fast learner
-Willingness to step outside of day-to-day responsibilities if necessary for the business
-Adequate computer skills in order to log brewing process in database
-Flexible schedule – must be able to work rotating shifts and occasionally weekends
-Experience at a production brewery strongly preferred
