WE are planning a microbrewery addition within existing 175 seat restaurant which should net out at 150 seats. Probrewer related research guides us towards 7BBl/10HL system. Any members out there with recent experience buying/installing new/near-new similar system in brewpub willing to share good or bad experiences with equipment suppliers or general advice. All input welcome.
