This is a 50 hectoliter brewery built mainly in 2006 by Kaspar Schulz, Bamberg, Germany, in virtually spotless condition. It features full automation except for hop dosing and is capable of producing 4 brews per day or more depending on exact process, or about 45,000 HL./year. Current cellar capacity is 17,000 hl year based upon 17 cycles per year (lager production, ale will be up to 2X this amount). The package includes:

1 mobile yeast tank, 2 coolable yeast tubs
2 bright beer tanks, each 100 hl
1 bright beer tank, 50 hl
CIP for filtrated and unfiltrated beer, 5 tanks, 2 loops
