I am looking for an internship opportunity (unpaid) at a brewpub or brewery in or around the Seattle, WA area. I am an avid homebrewer and I have been homebrewing for 8 years using all grain techniques on my own 20 gallon system. I am looking to gain hands on experience in professional brewing in preparation for the UC Davis Master Brewers program (I have been accepted into the 2009 class at UC Davis though I may defer to the 2010 class).
I am a reliable, self-motivated four year college graduate with a passion for beer and beer brewing and would appreciate any opportunity to gain specific insights into the world of professional brewing.
