Applied Bottling

Hi everybody,
Just wondering if anyone here has had experience with these guys ? We bought a new 4 head filler from them and 2 months after receival are still awaiting the tech to come and install the fill heads, assemble and commision it for us. We have tried contacting them several times with the only response being -"I'm sorry".
Should we be worried, very worried or otherwise.

Anyone out there have any inputs? We are getting ready to add bottler and we met with these guys at CBC. Equipment and specs looked nice but the support issue is a deal maker/breaker when it comes to something like a bottler. I hope someone has some info on these guys. Maheen, PPM and these guys have similar products.

We have had a bottling line on order for 8 months and still have not received it. Not sure what is going on but am extremely frustrated at this point with very little info other than "It's shipping soon".

Anyone else have some positive/negative feedback on them? I'm hoping for some positive feedback but not keeping my hopes up.

Well there is still no satisfaction on our end. We did finally get them to return an email (after much harrassing) in which they promised that it would be resolved, but they will not reply to our emails asking for clarification on the promises that they have made as to what will be done and when.
I am a very angry/disgruntled customer.
