restaurant in Nashville local for beer

I am a restaurant manager in Nashville, TN, and I want a beer only for my draft. I have two restaurants equaling over $15 million in yearly sales, and I want a beer designed specifically for us. The brewer needs to have local distribution, but we are a national chain (over $1 billion in sales per year nationwide), and this could easily lead to greater contracts.
