Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee, WI is seeking applicants for the full-time position of brewer/cellarman. This position will include all aspects of wort production, equipment CIP and sanitation, beer transfers and filtration. The right candidate will have a good attitude, a passion for making high quality beer, decent mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task. Forklift experience is a plus. Must be able to lift 55 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly on occasion, be on your feet for long shifts, and be willing to work early morning or late night shifts. Applicants with brewing experience and/or education will be given first priority, but all applicants will be considered.
