Cem Mimi Semi-automatic Filling Line For Beer/cider, ~25 Bpm

This is a semi-automatic rinsing, filling, crown capping and labeling line suitable for beer, cider or carbonated beverages. The filler is a CEM Mimi counter pressure champagne style filler made in Italy. It is very similar in design and operation to the Seitz Tirax fillers popular among cider bottlers. The bottles are placed manually in the filler by the operator and then after filling are removed manually and placed on a conveyor,then they are capped and labeled automatically. The filler is adjustable to most bottle sizes between champagne splits (187ml) and magnums (1.5L) This line has been in operation in a western brewery until they upgraded to a faster line. The filler recently had the top end and motor rebuilt including the bottle lifting mechanisms. The file is a long tube design with pre-purge and can produce good package airs. The machines are represented in good running order. The line ran 12 oz long neck bottles at about one case (24 bottles) per minute. Change parts for 22oz bottles are included.
For any brewer who wants to bottle a variety of bottle sizes, this line is a great bang for the buck.
