Im Chris Willis, a 25year old brewer from New Zealand who has recently relocated to the U.S. with the help of dual citizenship and am looking for an opportunity to work in the U.S beer industry. I have a degree in chemistry and over three years brewing experience (2 as head brewer) in all-grain, traditional technique breweries in New Zealand. I have a firm grasp of all aspects of brewing including recipe formulation and general engineering skills. I am passionate about brewing a wide range of high quality, interesting beer. I have no real preference on location and consider moving anywhere if the right opportunity arose.
I am honest, enthusiastic, responsible and very easy to get along with.
