...Colorado brewery who needs a person who wants to do a real day's work. Ideally, I would like to combine my background in microbiology with brewing. It has been too long since I actually did some work that offered a product that I am proud of and I need to change that. Beer is a thing that brings people together and that sounds like something I need to do.
No, I don't have any professional brewing experience. I have been homebrewing for a number of years and have a background in other industries that will allow me to transition into a brewery with relative ease.
My resume makes me sound fairly nerdy and I am to a certain degree, but that does not change the fact that I have a pretty decent history of manual labor and am looking to add that back to my life.
