22oz. Case Boxes

Can anyone recommend a box supply for 22oz. bombers? I don't need them printed, I just need the boxes.

We buy our 22oz bottles through Pete Mele at The Bottleshop (985-626-4737). We usually get 7,000 to 8,000 at a time for 39 cents each and they come with plain kraft boxes. We use those boxes when we package and just put the pressure sensitive labels we use on the bottles on each side of the box and send it out.

I'd appreciate it if anyone would let me know if they get a better price anywhere else.
