30 psi rated Conditioning Tank

I need to get a 45 or 60 bbl, 30 psi (ASME) rated conditioning tank.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to the best manufacturers regarding price, quality of construction?

Try Specific Mechanical (http://www.specific.net/); you will pay more for the higher pressure rating because of inspection requirements, but this is the case for most sources.
