Greetings my name is AJ Segneri and I am from Northern Illinois. I am looking to get into the brewing business. My ultimate dream is to have my own microbrewery or brew-pub. I am a home brewer and I have brewed over 50 gallons of beers. Most of them have ales which have been specifically IPAs and Stouts. I also have a BA degree in organizational management with emphasis in psychology and communications. My work experience has been dealing with the operations of the organizations I have been a part of.
